Shift: 2nd – Hours: 3:30 pm–12:00 am

Type: Full‑Time, Mode: Temp to Hire

Rate: $21–25

Our client is looking for a responsible CNC Lathe Machinist. This is a Temp to Hire position with a key manufacturing client. To be considered, you need 3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify dimensions using standard measuring instruments such as micrometers, depth gauge, height gauge, and verniers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets.
• Be familiar with lean practices, 6S, and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.
• Follow all safety requirements regarding machine operation, including proper guarding.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years or more years in an aerospace manufacturing environment desired.
• 3+ years or more experience operating a 4‑axis grinding machine preferred.
• Exceptional mechanical ability.
• Good math skills.
