Job summary

Greene, Tweed seeks a Tool Crib Aide for 3rd shift (10:45 PM – 7:00 AM) in Kulpsville, PA. You will manage tools, gauges and fixtures, fabricate gauges, and support plastics machining with CNC lathes, mills and drills while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading tooling, following production routers, and ensuring materials and programs are current in MES/DNC systems. Teamwork and strict adherence to ISO 9000/AS9100 are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have CNC knowledge through CNC course or on-machine training.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Good IT literacy; familiarity with SAP and GT software.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal and state environmental, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Dispositio n tools, gauges and fixtures within the plastics machining area.
• Fabricate gauges for Plastic Finishing.
• Load and monitor tooling inventory including MSC vending machines.
• Set up and operate Prototrak CNC Lathes, manual mills, drills and saws for prepping tubes.
