Job summary

Trex Company in Winchester, VA seeks a skilled CNC Machinist in the Tool and Die department to manufacture extrusion die components and maintenance parts in a state-of-the-art CNC shop. You will set up, program, and operate CNC 3-axis milling, 3-axis lathes, EDMs, and other tools to meet precise specifications.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of CNC machining experience, with 2–4 years of CNC programming preferred. Trex values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years CNC machining experience.
• 2–4 years CNC programming experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and verify tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC 3-axis milling machines and lathes.
• Program, set up, and operate EDM and other shop equipment to meet specs.
• Verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
