Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a skilled CNC Technician in New Jersey to setup, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues on HAAS and DMG-MORI centers. You will run 3-4 axis operations, change tooling, calibrate probes, and ensure parts meet spec while supporting the production team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Programming experience.
• Minimum 3 years or 'VERY' strong HAAS experience including skilled operation of CNC Mills.
• Experience in G & M Code and setting up 3-4 axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems on CNC machinery.
• Set up/change over jobs on CNC mills and adjust tooling.
• Calibrate probes to ensure part accuracy and machine function.
• Instruct on machine fault resolution and safety.
• Document machine issues and assist production when needed.
