Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH, is seeking a skilled CNC Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery and related equipment to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.
You will follow OSHA safety protocols, install and commission equipment, and support a preventive maintenance program while mentoring other technicians. The role requires an accredited apprenticeship and 3+ years in mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems with Fanuc controls.

This self-directing, detail-oriented CNC Technician will be responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, and repairing CNC and other machining equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Utilizing your knowledge of mechanical principles, you will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and apply skills to restore machinery to optimal operation. You will provide skilled mechanical support across Manufacturing, supporting a safe, efficient production environment. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Franklin location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor. Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
