As a CNC Setup Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC lathes and milling machines for production. You will perform machine changeovers, install tooling and fixtures, verify offsets, and support operators to ensure consistent and accurate part production. This position is on site at our Franklin, NH facility, reports to the Production Supervisor and involves collaboration with fellow setup staff, operators, and the quality team.
Third Shift Hours: 9pm – 5:30am with overtime per business need
While performing the job duties, you will be working on‑site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Franklin location in NewHampshire. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
