Job summary

Jobot, a growing advanced manufacturing company, seeks a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team in Pineville, NC. You’ll troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support installations in a clean, modern facility.

Ideal candidates have experience with CNC equipment in manufacturing, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to read schematics and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and automated production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, servo systems, and machine controls preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment
