Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Team Leader for Area 1 on the 2nd shift to support and set up all machines in Area 1. The role requires coordinating cross-functional activities, setting up technologies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet budget targets.

The position emphasizes machine setup, program creation, quality assurance, and active participation in cell launches and maintenance activities to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in machine technology/operations and routine maintenance.
• Career Readiness Certificate.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer/supplier activities (containment)
• Create and install CNC programs
• Coordinate setup activities utilizing the department schedule
• Participate in machine runoffs
• Develop plans and drive improvements to achieve budget targets (CIMS)
• Lead and participate CI process / plan and implement corrective actions
• Lead cell on quality process assurance
• Participate in program and cell launches of new product (Prototypes)
