Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machine shop experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T standards.
• Knowledge of G-code programming and machining fundamentals.
• Experience with multi-axis turn-mill machining and horizontal centers.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members in setup and operation of multi-axis turn-mill centers and CNC lathes.
• Support robot-integrated turn-mill systems to improve productivity and safety.
• Operate horizontal machining centers with pallet pool systems for efficient flow.
• Monitor performance and adjust processes for quality and efficiency.
