Job summary

Tri‑Mack Plastics in Bristol, Rhode Island, seeks a CNC Team Leader to support the shift, minimize scrap, and maximize productivity by enforcing quality systems and standard work. You will coach operators, monitor part quality, and ensure safe, efficient flow through the department while adhering to ISO 9001/AS9100 and ITAR requirements.

A strong background in GD&T, blueprint reading, and ERP familiarity, plus 3+ years supervisory CNC experience, is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in CNC manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems beneficial.
• GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and monitor team members to ensure quality and ISO compliance.
• Ensure adherence to first piece inspection and in-process QC documentation.
• Verify parts meet requirements and record inspection results.
• Alert management to quality, equipment, or labor issues.
• Tend to team to keep processes running and meet run standards.
• Help assign schedules based on Velocity Board priorities.
• Coach operators to use the Velocity Board.
• Troubleshoot workflow with departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold Tri-Mack values.
• Follow AS9100 requirements.
