You will develop, edit, and optimize multi-axis Swiss programs, perform setup on Tsugami Swiss lathes, and drive first-piece approval with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Swiss CNC programming in aerospace or high-tech environments, strong CAM skills (GibbsCAM), deep GD&T knowledge, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and improve

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Swiss CNC programming experience.
• Advanced CAM software proficiency and G-code/M-code understanding.
• Strong interpretation of engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and optimize multi-axis Swiss programs.
• Perform complete end-to-end setups on Swiss-type lathes.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to tight tolerances.
• Diagnose and resolve machining errors and tool wear on the fly.
• Document setup sheets and collaborate with quality and engineering.
