Job summary

HARTING Technology Group is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Swiss Machinist/Technician for 2nd Shift in Elgin, IL. This position involves hands-on machining, programming, and process improvements to support production efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of CNC machine operation experience, a degree in a related field is a plus. Benefits include competitive pay from $25.00 to $33.50 per hour, 21 days PTO, and a 401(k) with a match.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical CNC machine operation or programming experience.
• Basic ability to read electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic schematics is a plus.
• Proficient ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and assist in programming CNC routing machines.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Support the implementation of process improvements.
