Job summary

Branch Medical Group is seeking a CNC Swiss Operator to run assigned machines and produce parts that meet drawing specifications. The role includes basic changeovers, QC documentation, and minor program edits, with emphasis on GMP and safety compliance.

You will work with team members to ensure accurate dimensional control and adherence to SOPs, while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts.
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trig formulas.
• Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
• Team player with willingness to continually learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from assigned machine.
• Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed.
• Breaks down and stores tooling for the job.
• Makes minor program edits for part size.
• Conducts basic machine changeovers.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspects product per drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
• Follows SOPs and safety regulations.
• Upholds company policies and compliance training.
