Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• 2 to 5 years of manufacturing machining experience.
• Ability to read and follow job travelers and documentation.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to edit programs and offsets with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with all safety rules and quality policies.
• Read and follow job travelers and documentation.
• Make offsets and edit programs with minimal supervision.
• Perform mechanical inspection using micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, pin gauges, CMM, and vision systems.
• Complete first part with Level III/IV verification.
• Review setup sheets for issues and GD&T.
• Perform visual inspection and GD&T on parts.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor.
