P&F Machining, Inc. in Otsego, Minnesota is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist II for our weekend shift, producing parts on Citizen, Tsugami, Traub and Star CNCs to customer specifications. Strong GD&T, tooling knowledge, and the ability to read travelers and manufacturing docs are essential.

The role emphasizes continual process improvement, setup validation, and cross-functional support, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery. High attention to detail and independent work are required.

Formación

• Advanced understanding of GD&T and machining methods.
• Experience supervising CMM and automated inspection equipment.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office; accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Program CNC Swiss machines on/offline per procedures.
• Review setup sheets; perform and verify setups.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts for productivity and quality.
• Provide support to Sales, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Develop skills of Level I–III machinists.
• Operate CMM and interpret CMM reports to guide process changes.
• Assist in tooling selection and fixture design; establish feeds and speeds.
