PeterPaul Electronics Co., Inc. is hiring in New Britain, CT for a CNC Swiss technician who will set up, program, and optimize new and existing jobs on Tsugami, Star, and Citizen machines. You will layout from prints, select tooling, and ensure product quality through inspections.

The role requires 5+ years setup experience, strong problem-solving skills, and lean thinking. In-house programming training, 100% reimbursement for external courses, room for growth, and a paid lunch break are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years setup experience on CNC machines.
• Analytical with troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with feeds and speeds.
• Knowledge of aluminum, brass, ledloy, stainless steels 300/400 series.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC Swiss equipment (Tsugami, Star, Citizen).
• Work from prints and instructions; select/change tooling.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections; ensure quality.
• Train and monitor operators; enforce safety and 5S.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and line walks.
