• 8–10 years of CNC Machining (Lathe) experience in 3–4 axis lathe setup and operation.
• Aerospace background is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (3, 4, and 5-axis) according to blueprint specifications.
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot controllers, machines, and processes.
• Select appropriate tools and set feeds and speeds to meet production requirements.
• Perform inspections of machined parts using precision hand tools to ensure quality standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Monitor inventory and reorder tools as necessary.
