Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient use of production gauges and measurement tools.
• Ability to start up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment.
• Minimum 5 years CNC Mill/Lathe experience; Mazak/Okuma; G-Code/Mazatrol programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production within the department.
• Train and monitor staff on shifts and production.
• Coordinate maintenance of CNC equipment and setup/teardown of machines.
• Interpret work instructions and ISO/QMS documentation.
• Record data and performance metrics; report abnormalities.
