Job summary

Andritz AG in Lancaster, Ohio is seeking a CNC Programming & Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the CNC milling shop, develop and modify programs using GibbsCAM, and supervise hourly operators in a union environment.

You will ensure on-time production of quality parts, maintain safety and environmental compliance, and plan daily department activities while optimizing labor utilization and workflows.

Qualifications

• Develop and modify CNC mill programs using CAM (GibbsCAM) per drawings.
• Supervise hourly operators in a union workforce.
• Ensure manufacturing quality meets established schedules.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance of the department.
• Program all CNC mills.
• Plan and assign work according to employees’ ability and urgency of production.
• Propose manufacturing process changes to improve quality and costs of products.
• Schedule and approve all hourly labor hours.
• Work overtime as needed.
