  • 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

  • Ability to read measurements, production documents, and inspection reports accurately.

Job Duties

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment, including turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling operations.
  • Lead daily department operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop manufacturing employees to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate workflow, prioritize shop orders, and support on-time delivery of customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.

What You Will Do
