Twin City Die Castings Company is seeking a hands-on CNC Supervisor to lead the CNC machining department, optimize production, and develop staff. You will schedule work, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with plant leadership.

Position Title: CNC Supervisor
Wage Range: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
Reports to: Plant Manager
FLSA Classification: Hourly, Non-exempt, eligible for over-time
Schedule: Flexible; preference to work during 1st shift hours (Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm) with overlap to 2nd shift and/or weekend shift as needed.
The CNC Supervisor provides leadership and direction for department operations, ensuring production goals are achieved through effective scheduling, employee development, quality oversight, and continuous improvement. This role leads CNC machining operations, supports employee growth, manages resources, and partners with leadership to improve productivity, safety, and overall operational success.
