Qualifications

• 4+ years of CNC machining and setup experience.
• Experience operating multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Ability to adjust programs and tooling to maintain quality and throughput.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC equipment for production, prototype, or low-volume work.
• Adjust CNC programs, tooling, and parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support tooling selection, fixture setup, and machining strategies.
• Perform precision inspections and validate against drawings and GD&T.
• Document setup and inspection records; support FAI activities.
• Troubleshoot issues; escalate complex problems for corrective actions.
• Identify setup reduction and throughput improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and operations to resolve issues.
• Support prototype and low-volume machining and provide feedback.
• Train and support less experienced CNC personnel.
