Job summary

Ellison Technologies, serving Dallas/Houston, seeks a CNC Solutions Engineer to train customers, optimize machining processes, and act as a trusted advisor on-site. You’ll partner with the sales team to develop solutions and oversee turnkey projects, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

You will travel up to 25% overnight within Texas, share your expertise through hands-on support and training, and help customers maximize throughput, quality, and cost

Qualifications

• Experience training CNC operators and customers is required.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and cycle times.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training and hands-on consultative support to customers.
• Partner with the sales team through solution development and project delivery.
• Develop process cycle time estimates and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist with fixture and tooling design and turnkey system projects.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and project updates.
• Collaborate with parts, service, and solutions engineering teams.
• Prepare management reports and monitor customer issues.
