Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group (K&L Microwave) in Salisbury, MD is seeking an experienced Machine Shop leader to drive 3-4 axis CNC operations, schedule and optimize setups, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time deliveries. You will coordinate with product lines to keep internal customers informed and manage staffing and process improvements.

The role requires strong MRP/ERP and MS Office skills, plus leadership experience and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating 3- and 4-axis CNC machines in prototype and production.
• 2–3 years managing schedules, workflow, safety, personnel and equipment; five+ years supervisory.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, understands, and communicates MPG and K&L Microwave vision, goals, and policies to department personnel.
• Builds a strong team sense and promotes collaboration across departments.
• Ensures compliance with AS9100 and quality procedures.
