Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a machine shop.
• Advanced G-code programming proficiency.
• Extensive 3-axis and 4-axis Haas CNC experience.
• Strong ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Excellent troubleshooting and team leadership.
• Effective communication and prioritization under deadlines.
