Manpower, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNC Operator in Seattle, WA to join a leading manufacturing organization. You will operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, set up machines from CNC programs, and inspect parts for quality while collaborating with production and quality assurance teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of sheet metal fabrication experience or technical training.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Mansioni

• Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment including laser cutters, waterjet cutters, plasma cutters, press brakes, PEM, and shears.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Set up machines according to CNC programs and work instructions, monitoring operation for quality.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality defects using measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
