Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas Inc. in Neptune Township, NJ, is seeking a CNC Sheet Metal Operator (Level 1) to set up and run a range of CNC sheet metal machines, perform daily maintenance, and inspect finished parts.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience and a high school diploma. You will operate Amada Punch Press, Bridgeport and CNC Hardinge lathes, use precision measuring tools, and assist with Level 2 operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).
• Forklift certification required for shear use.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate level 1 Sheet Metal Machines.
• Perform daily maintenance on above equipment.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Assist with CNC Machine Operator Level 2 tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area in compliance with safety procedures.
