Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc in West Bend, WI seeks an EMLK (Punch/Laser Operator) to operate Amada EMLK 3610 NT CNC Laser Turret equipment. You will de-nest parts and prepare them for finishing, assisting other operators as needed on first or second shift.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, maintaining tooling libraries, and collaborating with production planning for daily work orders. Prior laser/punch experience and blueprint reading are preferred; safety and quality are

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Laser, Turret Punch or CNC operating background.
• Competent with basic dimensional measurement tools.
• Able to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with overhead cranes is a plus.
• Willing to learn new skills and improve technically.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada EMLK 3610 NT CNC Laser Turret equipment.
• Maintain tooling libraries and daily operation equipment.
• Load and unload products to/from machines and assist other operators.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Production Planning for work orders.
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace rules.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
