Job summary

Waupaca Foundry in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated CNC machinist to prepare and fine-tune machines for precision parts. You’ll load materials, verify alignment, and adjust feeds and offsets to ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.

You will read technical drawings, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate with teammates to improve throughput and reduce waste on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fine-tune CNC machines to match part specifications and plans.

• Log production details and escalate issues as needed.
