Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is partnering with a temperature-controlled Franklin, IN production facility to hire skilled machinists. You will set up CNCMills and Lathes, run first-piece production, and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact specs on a 2nd shift schedule.

The role offers $25+ per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, PTO/holiday pay, and a 401K.

• Running 1st piece and conducting quality checks.
• Conducting edits as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet all day.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNCMills and Lathes for operators.
• Run first piece and perform quality checks.
• Edit programs or setups as needed to meet specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with QC.
