Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a machine shop with CNC setup/production machining.
• 4–7 years using precision measuring instruments.
• Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC lathes, Swiss-style CNC lathes, and vertical machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards and use PPE.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and tools.
• Log setup and tool change times in data systems.
• Report cycle times and production rates to Supervisor/Manager.
• Perform tool changes and daily machine maintenance.
• Make minor program edits under supervision (tool offsets, speeds, feeds).
• Set up repeat production jobs accurately.
• Complete 100% dimensional verification on first article inspections.
