• 8+ years of CNC machine setup experience in precision manufacturing.
• Ability to independently perform complex setups with minimal supervision.
• Read blueprints and GD&T for part verification.
• Capable of tool changes and live tooling adjustments.
• Perform first article inspections and document results.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for production including tooling and fixtures.
• Perform complex setups with minimal supervision and adjust tooling.
• Change cutting tools and optimize speeds/feeds.
• Maintain daily machine maintenance and inspections.
• Capture data and complete production documentation accurately.
• Mentor operators and support Lean/5S initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
