Qualifications

• Must have proven CNC setup and operation experience.
• Experience with complex setups and changeovers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in precision measurement and quality inspection.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Lockout/Tagout safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and automated equipment.
• Perform complex and non-routine changeovers and setups.
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances using proper gauges.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues on the shop floor.
• Make adjustments to improve product quality and throughput.
• Train operators as needed and follow safety procedures.
