Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC setup experience.
• Experience with CNC lathe or mill setups and operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspection criteria.
• Strong math and measurement calculation skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Fabricate and set up lathe or mill parts per drawings with minimal supervision.
• Edit CNC programs and operate multiple machines safely.
• Load, run, and inspect components, ensuring quality.
• Support fast-paced production with accurate adjustments as needed.
