Job summary

WillowWood Global LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to support our Production Team. You will prepare CNC mills, fixture/workholding, tooling, offsets, and verify programs, producing first-piece parts and ensuring conformance to drawings for prosthetic components.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of CNC setup experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Experience completing CNC milling machine setups.
• Ability to set tooling, fixtures and offsets independently.
• Experience proving out and optimizing CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete CNC milling machine setups for production.
• Install fixtures, tooling, workholding, and offsets.
• Verify CNC programs before release to production.
• Produce first-piece parts and inspect for conformance.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to improve quality.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
