Job summary

WillowWood Global LLC is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to support our production team in manufacturing prosthetic foot components. The role focuses on operating CNC milling machines and waterjet cutters to meet specifications and drawings.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and maintain quality standards while collaborating with engineers and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes. This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and waterjet cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce prosthetic foot components per drawings and specs.
• Load materials, tooling, and fixtures for production.
• Set up machines for production runs and monitor performance.
• Perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, gauges and record data.
