Job summary

WillowWood Global LLC is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to run CNC milling and waterjet processes for prosthetic foot components. You will interpret engineering drawings, set up equipment, and ensure quality during production.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Basic math and computer skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and waterjet equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce prosthetic foot components per drawings and work instructions.
• Load materials, tooling, and fixtures for production.
• Set up machines for production runs and monitor performance.
• Perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Record production data and maintain clean, safe work areas.
