You will optimize programs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality machined components with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include complex setups, fixturing design, first article inspections, and maintaining documentation. Strong CAM skills and GD&T knowledge are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years CNC operation and programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines per specs.
• Write and modify CNC programs; optimize tool paths.
• Perform first article inspections and verify with gauges.
• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues.
• Maintain clean digital file archives and templates.
• Mentor CNC Operators and support process improvements.
• Maintain 5S in the machining area.
