Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6–12 months of manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
• Basic familiarity with CNC machines and shop floor operations.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and routers.
• Ability to read calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from CNC turning and milling machines.
• Monitor machines during production cycles and watch for alarms or defects.
• Perform basic offsets and tool adjustments under supervision.
• Deburr, clean, and prepare parts between operations.
• Conduct basic visual and dimensional checks with hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety standards.
• Communicate machine status and quality concerns to Machinists and Supervisors.
• Assist with material handling and movement of work-in-process.
• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
