Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field or 3+ years milling experience.
• 5+ years of overall CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers (Brother, YCM, OKK).
• Perform MDI programming for efficient part production.
• Conduct manual inspections using gauges and instruments for quality before QD/CMM review.
• Interpret complex drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Monitor parts throughout machining and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to resolve technical issues and drive lean improvements.
