Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic machining calculations.
• Experience fabricating parts from various materials.
• Ability to operate hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for measurement and machining calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts to specifications.
• Set up and calibrate CNC equipment for optimal performance and repeatability.
• Monitor machining operations for quality, accuracy and output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints and work instructions and confirm part conformity.
