Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience.
• Basic blueprint reading, leadership capability and problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to set up and operate CNC machines and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, lasers, and robotic welders.
• Edit simple part programs and set tool offsets, registers, and compensation.
• Inspect parts by measuring with micrometers and calipers; ensure GD&T conformance.
• Maintain equipment with daily preventive maintenance and safe operations.
• Document production and quality logs; communicate issues across shifts.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to plan machining processes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company 5S housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and value-added activities.
