Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Operator to run vertical milling centers and ensure parts meet specifications. You will install tooling, upload programs, and interpret blueprints while performing first piece and in-process inspections.

You may operate up to two machines at once and complete 1–5 set ups daily in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with Fanuc controls and multi-axis mills is essential.

Qualifications

• CNC Set Up operating experience with vertical milling centers.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical milling centers per job orders and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints for part features and tolerances.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections with standard measuring tools.
• Make adjustments to machinery and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Run up to two machines simultaneously; perform 1–5 set ups per day depending on workload.
