Dynamic, talented, and experienced CNC Machinists needed to set-up and operate Mori Seiki multi-axis lathe machines utilizing Fanuc controls. As an addition to our team, you will work with exotic metals in a highly technical and close tolerance CNC Lathe operation.

B&G Manufacturing Company, Inc. located in Hatfield, PA, specializes in manufacturing and supplying complex machined products for the energy, medical, oil & gas, and aerospace & defense industries.

Requirements for Success

• At least 3+ years of CNC multi-axis full set-up experience
• Experience with quality control precision measures
• Ability to perform routine calculations and use analytical skills to determine root causes of problems and find solutions
• Training in CNC machine operations
• Experience with G-Code, Master CAM, and/or ESPRIT software

What You Will Do

• Set up CNC Mori Seiki Lathe equipment by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tools, tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving programs.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces while adhering to international standards.
• Maintain safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to complete work activities.
