Job summary

Genuine Search Group in the Indianapolis area is seeking experienced CNC Service Technicians to join its growing team. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance and repair of CNC machinery, with customer interaction and minimal overnight travel.

Ideal candidates have experience with CNC machines, up to 5-axis mills and lathes, and familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens PLCs. Travel within roughly a 2–3 hour radius of Indianapolis is required; overtime after 40 hours is available.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience maintaining, repairing and servicing CNC machinery.
• Experience with up to 5-axis mills and lathes preferred.
• Fanuc, Siemens and/or general PLC experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills when working with teammates, customers and vendors.
• Comfortable traveling within a 2–3 hour radius of Indianapolis.
