Job summary

TE Connectivity Rapho Park is seeking a CNC operator to join a climate-controlled, safe production environment. The role focuses on operating screw machines, reading blueprints, and maintaining quality through the production line.

You will work on 4th shift (Fri-Sun, 6 am–6 pm) with a 22% shift premium. The site emphasizes inclusion, safety, and a clean, well-organized production floor across a global tech leader committed to safer, sustainable connectivity.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required for this position.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams and engineering drawings to operate CNC equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards while following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment and perform secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaning.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to accurately operate machinery.
• Troubleshoot operations and flow issues with the team.
• Perform quality checks and document defects accurately.
• Maintain records of production quantities and time.
• Work safely with hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with procedures and regulations.
