Job summary

XWING is looking for a Router Ops CNC Technician for all shifts at its California location. This role requires hands-on experience in composite manufacturing and involves assisting machine operators, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring a safe workspace.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and have experience in a machine shop environment. Compensation is between $22 and $32 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs unassisted and stand for over 4 hours.
• Experience in a machine shop environment is necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators with setup and cleanup.
• Regularly operate heavy equipment to organize fixtures.
• Perform deburring and cleaning operations on parts.
