Job summary

Balanced Body in Sacramento is seeking a CNC Operator to operate the CNC machine, learn the programs used, and perform routine changes to cutters and tooling. The role requires basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude, with strong attention to detail.

You will join the Woodshop team, work a swing shift Monday to Thursday 2:15PM – 12:45AM with overtime on Friday and Saturday, and enjoy benefits such as medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience working on a robot/CNC machine is desirable.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Self-motivated with a positive, solution-seeking attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CNC machine.
• Learn the programs used to run the machine and perform routine changes to cutters and tooling.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe woodworking practices.
