- Load, fixture, and verify parts with attention to detail and repeatability
- Run existing CNC programs and assist in basic edits or toolpath adjustments (as trained)
- Inspect and clean parts post-machining and move them into inventory
- Help maintain machine readiness: tool changes, offsets, cleaning, and basic PM tasks
- Support Manufacturing Engineering with prototype runs, fixturing tweaks, and process development
- Track work in MES/ERP and follow established work instructions
- Work closely with composite technicians and engineering to keep production flowing
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of CNC experience (router, mill, or 3-axis preferred)
- Ability to safely operate CNC machines and understand basic feeds, speeds, and offsets
- Comfort reading drawings and measuring to tolerances
- Exposure to CAM software (Fusion, Mastercam, or similar)
- Experience with composites or foam machining is helpful but not required
- Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to grow into more advanced machining or CAM responsibilities
Why You'll Love This Job
