Job summary

MarineMax Brand in Pensacola, FL seeks a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator to write and run programs for a 4x8 CNC router, applying CAD/CAM tooling to produce high-quality parts for marine applications. You will read technical drawings, set up materials, choose tooling, and optimize feeds and speeds while ensuring dimensional accuracy.

Collaboration with service advisors, customers and vendors is essential; 3D printing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC programming and operating experience, router preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software; Fusion 360 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling selection, and material behavior.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work from digital CAD/CAM files.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a 4x8 CNC router.
• Create and modify toolpaths using CAM software.
• Cut and machine EVA foam, acrylic, Starboard, aluminum.
• Select tooling and optimize feeds and speeds for each material.
• Perform fixturing, material setup, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with service advisors, customers, and vendors to ensure specs meet timelines.
